STOFÌDES INFRASTRUCTURE GROUP (“SIG”), a business division and DBA operating under STOFÌDES CAPITAL MANAGEMENT LLC, respects the privacy and confidentiality of all clients, contractors, vendors, and website users. This Privacy Policy explains how SIG collects, uses, stores, maintains, and protects information obtained in connection with the operational support services provided by SIG.
By utilizing SIG services, accessing SIG systems, submitting information to SIG, or engaging with SIG operational platforms, the user (“User”) acknowledges and agrees to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

1. INFORMATION COLLECTED
SIG may collect operational, business, and administrative information necessary to provide workflow organization, KPI reporting, operational analytics, invoice documentation preparation, administrative coordination, and related operational support services.
Information collected may include, but is not limited to:
• Company names
• Business contact information
• Customer information
• Vendor information
• Contractor information
• Invoice records
• Operational workflow information
• Scheduling information
• KPI metrics
• Communications records
• Administrative records
• Reporting information
• Business operational data
• Website inquiry submissions

SIG does not intentionally collect or store banking credentials, ACH information, payment card information, or financial account login credentials.

2. USE OF INFORMATION
SIG may utilize collected information for purposes including, but not limited to:

All operational analytics, KPI systems, reporting structures, workflow observations, and AI-assisted operational systems are provided solely for informational and organizational purposes.

3. AI-ASSISTED SYSTEMS
SIG utilizes AI-assisted systems, automation tools, workflow engines, cloud-based software, reporting systems, analytics systems, operational scoring systems, and digital infrastructure technologies in connection with its Services.
AI-generated outputs may be reviewed internally by SIG personnel prior to use; however, User acknowledges that AI-generated information may contain inaccuracies, assumptions, omissions, or incomplete operational conclusions.
SIG makes no guarantees regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of AI-assisted outputs, reporting systems, or operational analytics.

4. INFORMATION SHARING
SIG does not sell, rent, lease, or commercially distribute User information to unrelated third parties.
SIG may share information with:
• Internal personnel or contractors assisting with Services
• Cloud storage providers
• AI-assisted technology providers
• Workflow software providers
• Legal or regulatory authorities when required by law
• Third-party service providers assisting operational functionality
SIG may also disclose information when reasonably necessary to:
• Protect SIG legal rights
• Enforce agreements
• Respond to legal process
• Prevent fraud or misuse
• Protect operational systems

5. DATA STORAGE & RETENTION
SIG may store operational records, workflow information, communications, KPI reports, invoice records, administrative records, analytics, and related operational information for up to twelve (12) months following termination of Services.
Following such period, SIG may archive, anonymize, or permanently delete inactive records at its sole discretion.
User acknowledges that no digital storage or transmission system can be guaranteed fully secure.

6. CONFIDENTIALITY & SECURITY
SIG utilizes commercially reasonable measures intended to protect operational information from unauthorized access, misuse, disclosure, or loss.
Such measures may include:
• Restricted access systems
• Cloud-based security protections
• Password protection
• Internal operational controls
• Limited personnel access
Notwithstanding the foregoing, SIG does not guarantee absolute security of information transmitted electronically or stored digitally.

7. NO PAYMENT PROCESSING
SIG does not process customer payments, maintain escrow accounts, transmit funds, collect receivables, or handle financial transactions on behalf of contractors or clients.
All invoices, receivables, collections, and customer payments remain solely the responsibility of the applicable contractor or business utilizing SIG services.

8. THIRD-PARTY PLATFORMS
SIG may utilize third-party software systems, workflow platforms, cloud-storage providers, AI-assisted systems, communication tools, and analytics platforms in connection with operational support services.
SIG shall not be liable for outages, security breaches, operational interruptions, inaccuracies, or failures caused by third-party systems outside of SIG’s direct control.

9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All SIG workflows, templates, KPI systems, operational methodologies, dashboards, reporting systems, AI-assisted systems, analytics structures, operational scoring systems, branding elements, and proprietary business processes remain the exclusive intellectual property of SIG.
No User shall reproduce, distribute, reverse engineer, white-label, resell, or commercially exploit SIG proprietary systems without prior written authorization.

10. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
All Services, systems, analytics, workflows, operational reports, KPI tracking systems, recommendations, dashboards, and AI-assisted outputs are provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis.
SIG expressly disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, operational success, profitability, uninterrupted availability, or business performance.

11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SIG shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, special, or lost-profit damages arising from or relating to the use of SIG systems, Services, operational reporting, workflow analytics, AI-assisted outputs, or operational support systems.
SIG’s aggregate liability shall not exceed the total fees paid by User to SIG during the three (3) month period immediately preceding the applicable claim.

12. GOVERNING LAW
This Privacy Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Michigan.

13. POLICY MODIFICATIONS
SIG reserves the right to modify, amend, or update this Privacy Policy at any time without prior notice. Continued use of SIG Services following any modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Privacy Policy.
